Raise Your Strength is PERFECT for you if:

Hey, I'm Sydnee!

For the last 5 years, I've been working as a National Trainer for the world’s largest group fitness provider.  I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) & Nutrition Coach (CNC) with more than 9 years experience in the fitness industry. 

With a degree in Psychology & Communication, I live for creating actionable, sustainable habits to help you build muscle and lose body fat without overhauling your lifestyle or giving up Friday night pizza!


Hey, I'm Cesar!

I've been working as an award-winning National Trainer for the largest global group fitness provider for the past 6 years.

I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist), and have over 10 years experience in the fitness industry.

My passion is in creating science-backed, safe, and effective programming to help my clients hit new PR's and fall in love with weight training!

FAQs

Can I start any time?

While it's ideal to start at the beginning of each new training cycle, you can begin any time! You will simply start at the from 1st of that month. For example, if you join January 15th, start on Day 1 of January's training phase.

What happens if I miss workouts?

We know life happens! If you miss a few days, no problem. This is your training, your time, your pace, your life - the next session and cycle will be waiting for your when you're ready to jump back in!

What about rest days?

Rest days are not outlined in every cycle, but we encourage at least 1-2 rest days or active recovery days per week, depending on your individual needs.

How long will sessions take?

Including a general/dynamic warmup, about 75 minutes.

What if I'm not tech savvy?

We designed this format with YOU in mind -- our training sessions are delivered right to you each month in a PDF with clickable links to all exercises technique videos! Our goal is for you to learn + understand how to do everything as safely and effectively as possible.

Will I be able to keep up with the lifting lingo?

We've all been there! With every month's training plan we include a "key" of common terminology (like AMRAP for example) so you'll know exactly how to perform the sessions. Both Cesar and Sydnee also do live trainings inside the group to answer all your Q&A's for each new phase!

How many days a week is it?

3 days + optional 4th day depending the cycle & your preference. While there is not programmed cardio, we recommend continuing your regular routine/class schedule and getting at least 7,000-10,000 steps per day.
